ВВЕДЕНИЕ
Сборник упражнений предназначен для студентов старших курсов специальностей 130403 «Открытые горные работы», 130404 «Подземная разработка месторождений полезных ископаемых», 020804 «Геоэкология», 130100 «Геология и разведка полезных ископаемых» Темы упражнений соответствуют пунктам учебной программы по деловому английскому языку, направленным на освоение необходимого минимума грамматических явлений и конструкций, характерных для научной и технической литературы. Предлагаемые упражнения призваны способствовать развитию практических навыков устного и письменного перевода с английского языка на русский и с русского на английский. Достижение данной цели дает возможность освоения необходимой научной и технической литературы по специальности, публикации на английском языке результатов собственных исследований, а также общения с коллегами, что является необходимым для современных специалистов.
