Комплекс тестовых заданий в письменном и компьютерном вариантах прошел апробацию на кафедре физики ВолгГАСА в течение последних трех лет и показал адекватность систематической оценки качества знаний студентов.
Введение Преподаватели высших учебных заведений находятся в постоянном поиске, поскольку, с одной стороны, меняются студенты и их подготовка, с другой − преподавателям свойственно дать студентам больше знаний, лучше выполнять свою задачу − воспитание и развитие личности. Последовательная и устойчивая тенденция Минобразования России к уменьшению числа аудиторных занятий по физике в вузе обусловливает поиск более продуктивных способов оценки самостоятельной работы студентов с учебным материалом [1,2]. Преподавателями кафедры физики ВолгГАСА и другими авторами [15] было установлено, что при обучении студентов навыкам самостоятельной работы особое значение приобретает систематический контроль за их работой, за усвоением изучаемого материала. Однако механизм контроля в учебном процессе разработан в психологопедагогической литературе значительно хуже, чем проблема обучения. Между тем он играет значительную роль в познавательной деятельности студентов. В данной статье авторы предприняли попытку восполнить этот пробел и предложили комплексную систему, которая включает проверку усвоения

лекционного материала, умения решать задачи, контроль выполнения лабораторных работ и обработки результатов измерений. При этом любой вид контроля знаний и самостоятельной систематической работы студентов разрабатывался и совершенствовался на кафедре физики ВолгГАСА более 10 последних лет [1,2]. Цель дидактического диагностирования − это своевременное выявление, оценивание и анализ течения учебного процесса. Диагностирование включает в себя контроль, проверку, оценивание статистических данных, их анализ, выявление динамики тенденций и прогнозирование дальнейшего развития [6]. Педагогический контроль − это способ получения информации о качественном состоянии учебного процесса [7]. Контроль педагога за процессом и результатом труда направлен не только на деятельность студентов и собственную деятельность, а также на взаимодействие студентов и педагога. По целям различают следующие формы педагогического контроля: • диагноз (что может студент?); • констатация (что знает и умеет студент?); • прогноз (что может добиться студент?). Готовясь к проведению контроля, преподаватели задумываются над тем, что и как контролировать. Контроль может быть проведен с учетом разных уровней активизации мыслительных процессов: познание, понимание, применение, анализ, синтез и оценка. Различают три вида контроля [8]: предварительный, текущий и итоговый. Предварительный контроль необходим для получения сведений об исходном уровне познавательной деятельности студентов. Результаты контроля должны использоваться для адаптации учебного процесса к особенностям данного контингента студентов. Текущий контроль предназначен для управления усвоением знаний и умений. Итоговый контроль осуществляется для подведения итогов и определения качества сформированности комплексных умений [8,9]. Общим для педагогики является вопрос: «Как контролировать?». По средствам педагогической коммуникации контроль можно рассматривать с точки зрения: • способов: традиционный или нетрадиционный (программированный контроль, тест); • характера: субъективный, объективный; • использования персональных компьютеров; • формы: устный, письменный; • времени: предварительный, начальный, исходный, текущий, поэтапный,

(пообъектный), итоговый; • массовости (по охвату студентов): индивидуальный, фронтальный, индивидуальногрупповой; • контролирующего лица: преподаватель, студентнапарник (взаимный контроль), сам студент (самоконтроль); • дидактического материала. Система проверки знаний и умений студентов − органическая часть учебного процесса [10]. Целью контролирующей функции является установление обратной связи, а также учет результатов контроля. Основными принципами контроля являются: профессиональная направленность, валидность, надежность, системность и систематичность [11]. В практике высшего специального образования известны различные методы межсессионного и экзаменационного контроля. Наиболее распространены методики устного опроса и письменных контрольных работ. Для устного опроса используются различного рода вопросники − билеты, а для письменного − тесты. Внедрение тестирования является одним из направлений совершенствования системы контроля знаний, особенно в тех случаях, когда представляется возможность «формализовать» учебный материал отдельных тем и разделов учебных дисциплин [12]. Тесты рассматриваются как стандартизованные задания, результат выполнения которых позволяет измерить психофизические и личностные характеристики [13], а также знания, умения и навыки испытуемого. Развитие педагогической науки в последние десятилетия показало, что большие затраты живого труда преподавателей и определенный субъективизм экзаменационных оценок в ряде случаев делают экзамен несколько не соответствующим современным требованиям педагогических технологий, а кроме того, критериям надежности и эффективности педагогической информации [9]. Тестирование позволяет получить объективную оценку знаний, умений и навыков, выявлять индивидуальный темп обучения, а также проблемы в текущей и итоговой подготовке специалиста. В сочетании с современными программнопедагогическими средствами, тесты позволяют перейти к созданию технологических путей адаптивного − более приспособленного к условиям обучения контроля. Опираясь на квалиметрические и тестологичекие выводы, преподаватели разрабатывают тесты, позволяющие с помощью бумажных и/или электронных носителей оценить уровень знаний студентов по учебным дисциплинам [14]. При разработке тестов следует учитывать ряд требований [15]. 1. Надежность − возможность получения устойчивых результатов, безотказность, долговечность, сохраняемость при заданных условиях. надежности удовлетворено, если считаются выполненными не менее 40 операций. 2. Валидность (соответствие полученных результатов цели тестирования). Валидность может быть функциональной и содержательной. 3. Определенность, общепонятность, простота теста. Она проверяется тем, насколько одинаково понимает один и тот же тест значительная группа людей. 4. Однозначность − одинаковость восприятия испытуемыми соответствующих заданий. Тест должен быть научно обоснован. Все задания должны быть измерены по числу существенных операций, которые предстоит выполнить испытуемым, и оценены в баллах. В тесте контроль, учет и оценка тесно связаны друг с другом, и поэтому неслучайно его считают обоснованным методом «измерения интересующих качеств и свойств личности» [9]. В зависимости от предмета измерения выделяют тесты педагогические, психологические, социологические, социальнопсихологические, культурологические и др. [10]. Педагогический тест − это система заданий возрастающей трудности и специфической формы, позволяющая качественно оценить структуру и измерить уровень знаний. Они бывают трех уровней: первый − узнавание, второй − воспроизведение, третий − применение в нестандартной ситуации. Четвертый уровень тестов − это творчество, которое базируется не столько на алгоритмах, сколько на полете свободной фантазии.
Описание комплекса С учетом вышеперечисленных требований современной практической педагогики на кафедре физики ВолгГАСА авторами и был разработан универсальный комплекс тестовых заданий трех уровней сложности для систематической оценки качества знаний студентов различных специальностей и форм обучения по физике. Комплекс тестовых заданий является логически подвижной структурой и состоит из 9 взаимосвязанных блоков (см. блоксхему структуры комплекса): № 1 входного контроля, пяти (№№ 26) текущих (рубежных) коллоквиумов, двух (№№ 7, 8) комплектов экзаменационных билетов по первой и второй частям курса, соответственно, и одного (№ 9) выходного контроля. Каждый блок комплекса включает в себя тестовые задания, строго систематизированные в группы, вопервых, по основным темам или разделам курса, и, вовторых, по различным уровням сложности. Например, каждый вариант заданий входного контроля систематизирован в

группы по четырем основным разделам курса физики в среднем образовательном учреждении: «Механика», «Молекулярная физика и термодинамика», «Электродинамика», «Колебания и волны. Оптика. Элементы теории относительности. Квантовая оптика. Атом и атомное ядро».
Блоки текущих коллоквиумов соответствуют пяти основным разделам курса общей физики в вузе: «Механика», «Молекулярная физика и термодинамика», «Электродинамика», «Колебания и волны. Волновые свойства света», «Квантовые свойства света. Строение атома и атомного ядра. Элементы квантовой теории твердого тела». Экзаменационные билеты составлены из систематически распределенных в группы тестовых заданий 24 и 5, 6 блоков, соответственно. Выходной контроль включает в себя систематически распределенные в группы тестовые задания всех текущих коллоквиумов.

Каждый блок комплекса состоит из 10 вариантов тестовых заданий. В свою очередь, каждый вариант содержит 10 тестовых заданий трех уровней сложности. В тестовых заданиях предлагаются четыре ответа по выбору обучаемого, один из которых правильный − тесты закрытого типа. Привлекательной стороной заданий с готовыми ответами является возможность формирования их по принципу, который можно назвать удвоенной альтернативой. Задания, сформулированные по этому принципу, отличаются от других обязательным присутствием в каждом ответе двух элементов (понятий), последовательно противопоставляемых один другому. Наличие в них противопоставлений предъявляет довольно жесткие требования к прочности и к структуре знаний. Практика показывает, что задания с готовыми ответами лучше всего применять при контроле [1619]. За критерий сложности тестовых заданий авторы принимали количество логических шагов, необходимых для выполнения задания [8, 19]. Первый уровень сложности − узнавание дает возможность тестируемому получить 0,5 балла. Всего таких заданий в каждом варианте − три. Второй уровень сложности − типовая, стандартная задача, позволяет тестируемому получить 1 балл. Всего таких заданий в каждом варианте − четыре. Третий уровень сложности − применение в нестандартных условиях, оценивается в 1,5 балла. Таких заданий в каждом варианте − три. Каждое тестовое задание содержит необходимые физические константы и перевод данных в СИ. Предусмотрены задания на численные или буквенные (параметрические) расчеты. Решение любого варианта тестовых заданий комплекса рассчитано на 80 минут. Оценка выполненного варианта производится по формуле [9]: K = a/p, где К − коэффициент усвоения знаний и сформированности умений на данном уровне; а − число правильно выполненных существенных операций; р − общее число существенных операций в тестовых заданиях. Коэффициент К может быть равен или меньше единицы. Поскольку тесты оценены в баллах, то авторы перевели их в традиционную, пятибалльную систему. При 1 ≥ К ≥ 0,9 (910 баллов) студент получал оценку «отлично». При 0,9 > К ≥ 0,8 (88,5 баллов) студент получал оценку «хорошо». При 0,8 > К ≥ 0,7 (77,5 баллов) работа студента оценивалась на «удовлетворительно». Если работа выполнена студентом менее чем на 0,7 (т.е. менее 70%), то рекомендуется оценивать ее «неудовлетворительной», т.к. доказано, что этот уровень усвоения материала (К = 0,7)

является минимальным для обеспечения возможности дальнейшего обучения студента. Ниже уровня 0,7 знания студента неудовлетворительны, это сигнал того, что ему необходимо заново разобраться в учебном материале − самостоятельно или с помощью преподавателя [9]. Комплекс используется в двух вариантах − письменном или компьютерном (на бумажных и/или электронных носителях, соответственно). При письменном тестировании студент получает индивидуальное задание, скомбинированное генератором случайных чисел из 100 задач банка данных. Компьютерный вариант основан на реализации авторской программы, написанной на языке «ТУРБО ПАСКАЛЬ» (версия 7.0). Программа реализует два варианта тестирования − тренажерный и контрольный. В тренажерном варианте программа функционирует так, что студент имеет возможность однократно вернуться к любому тестовому заданию, решенному неправильно. В контрольном варианте программа функционирует так, что выход из нее возможен только по окончании работы студента над последним тестовым заданием. Результаты проведения входного контроля позволяют оценить остаточные знания студентов, прошедших вступительные испытания по физике, и распределить их по уровням усвоения в подгруппы для дифференцированного изучения вузовского курса физики. Текущее тестирование позволяет объективно реализовать систему так называемых «гарантированных» оценок, когда студент, получивший «хорошо» или «отлично», автоматически получает аналогичные оценки на зачете или экзамене. Для повышения успеваемости студентов можно чередовать компьютерные или письменные повторные тестирования. Данный комплекс прошел апробацию на кафедре физики ВолгГАСА в течение последних трех лет и еще раз подтвердил то, что тестирование является одной из наиболее современных технологических форм проведения контроля с управляемыми параметрами качества [17, 18].
