Assessment Strategy: There are two components of assessment, continuous assessment and the examinable component. To be sure of a pass result you need to achieve scores of 40 in each component. Similarly, to be sure of a higher grade, a set score must be achieved in each component (see your Assessment Handbook). Continuous Assessment Component: TMAs 01, 02 and 04, 05 and 06 are equally weighted and constitute 71.4% of the component; TMA 03 constitutes 28.6% of the component.
