Nisa has been working with the priests to host weddings at their abbey and bring joy to newly wedded couples. When a bride asks Nisa to formalize her vows instead of head of the order, the clone is honoured but a little confused. The confusion lasts until the moment that Nisa’s set walk down the aisle as groomsmen and then her fixation with her mates kicks in. Prio, Raz, and Watt are just as shocked as she is when they see the official for the wedding and she looks them over with hungry avian eyes. While their instincts scream at them to sweep their bride away, they abide by the regulations of her adopted family and begin a slow and detailed courtship when they want nothing more than to take her fast.

Zenina Masters
Chapter One he chimes to prayer and dinner called her and Nisa shifted into her robes to attend ceremonies. The winds were telling her that change was coming, but the wind would continue its conversation with her at midnight. Dinner was always a formal affair, first the chanting, then the lighting of the candles and finally the evening meal. She walked the halls of the Harmonic priesthood with decorum. Speed was not a desirable trait in the pathways of the priests. They were focused on serenity at all costs. Nisa folded her hands in the sleeves of her robes and paced to the great hall where the rest of the survivors were gathered. The scents of herbs and the sweet aroma of the waxed floors had a slight smile curving her lips. It was always nice to walk through the halls after Brother Livvo had done the floors. He put all his effort into it. Father Wercos raised his arms as she entered.

Zenina Masters “Let us remember those who have gone before us and the sacrifices they made to get us here to safety.” She stood in line with the sixteen priests and she bowed her head as they began the low chant of remembrance. Nisa had had parents for two years of her life. The Mocoorow riots had taken them from her. She had hidden in an underground cavern with their bodies and waited out the insanity above. Leuva Zask had died first, fighting for the safety of her home. Her husband had arrived at the front door just in time to see the fanatic shoot his wife three times in the chest. Nisa was hiding in the closet as her mother commanded and she saw her father catch his wife and lower her to the floor. The fanatic strode into their home as if he owned it and demanded their food rations. Rolf Zask fought the man for his gun, was shot twice and had collapsed next to his wife, holding her close as she breathed her last. Nisa Zask held her breath and with it, she stole the breath of the invader. She crept from her hiding place as he changed colour and dropped to the bloody floor of the foyer. Rolf smiled gently at her. “You have to run, Nisa. Go to the catacombs and wait until this is 2
Take Me Fast over, then contact Dr. Deveraux. She will come and get you.” Tears rolled slowly down her face as she wept. “I don’t want to go back to the lab.” “She won’t take you back to the lab, love. She will keep you safe.” Nisa watched the light fade from his eyes and she sobbed over the family that she had had only too briefly. She lifted her parents on columns of air and carried them to the catacombs under cover of darkness. For a short moment in time, she had been part of a family and it was a memory that she would always hold tight. Nisa wiped the tears that always formed when she thought of Leuva and Rolf. “Now that we have remembered those who have brought us here, we can dine.” Nisa filed down the hall in her place at the end of the line. As a perpetual guest of the priesthood, she took the final place. The meal was set out on the table and they each took their assigned seat. Brother Timo handed her a loaf of bread and together, they broke it in two. “How was your day, Daughter?” “It was fine. I met with two more couples who are looking to have their ceremonies in the abbey.” Nisa smiled. 3
Zenina Masters All of the priests were old. The thirty who had escaped from Mocoorow with her were now down to sixteen. Timo was the closest to her in age and he was four decades older than her twenty-five years. He served her a bowl of stew, still treating her like a child even though she had been a woman for over half a decade. She took her bowl with a grin. “How was your day?” “The gardens were in good form. That new compost blend works wonders on weeds.” “You don’t say.” She kept her attention on her bowl, dunking small chunks of bread into the stew, using the bread as a spoon. Every night, she went into the garden and weeded by moonlight. Timo’s back was giving way as he aged and it was simply one thing on her list of evening chores. She helped prepare the food, working on the bread in the middle of the night, moving it to where the heat of the fire could help the yeast to rise and fixing the texture. Brother Galianto was close to meeting the creator and she did what she could to maintain his pride. Sure, pride was a sin, but so was letting people suffer when you could easily assist in their burden. Brother Timo caught her gaze and smiled. “You might want to keep an eye on the lettuce garden. You missed a spot last week.” 4
Take Me Fast She coughed and reached for her water glass. “How long have you known?” He grinned. “Brother Livvo has mentioned how much soil there is in your rooms and it was not hard to put the clues together. Also, Brother Galianto requests that if you are going to fuss with the bread, make some muffins for breakfast. It would be a nice change.” Shaking her head, she swallowed. “I should have realized that you would figure it out. I will make a note to try to work the muffins into my evening practices.” “You don’t need to take care of us. We are in service to the creator. We do our jobs gladly.” “I don’t have a purpose here, Brother, so I work when no one is looking.” She worked at her meal and finished her entire serving. When she was done, she kept her bowl in front of her. Brother Alsred was on dish duty and he started to collect the bowls when the first person pushed back from the table. Just because Nisa ate faster than her companions didn’t mean they shouldn’t get a full meal. “You have a purpose, Nisa. You bring light to our table and our lives. You are a wonderful secretary for the abbey and our coffers are full since you began to arrange weddings here.” Nisa blushed. “It seemed like a good revenue source that was easy to manage. The locals seem 5
Zenina Masters to enjoy it.” He chuckled. “Even Father Wercos knows that you are the reason we have been able to remain independent from the Alorcanian population. It was a lucky day when we stumbled across you in that tunnel.” Nisa’s mood suddenly plummeted. “Yeah, that was lucky.” Her mother and father had been dead for days, there was no sign of Dr. Deveraux and Nisa had been alone in the hidey-hole. The priests had come, looking for a place to hide. They ate her supplies, drank her water and when the rioters had locked them all underground, they had panicked at the lack of fresh air. Nisa had moved the air, keeping them all alive until the priests could dig their way out. Air was her element and when they realized that she was responsible for their survival, they invited her to come with them. With the Zasks frozen in the tunnel, there was nothing to keep her in the place she had once called her home. She had run with the priests to their ship and had rendered all who opposed them unconscious. They had contacted their father house and it assigned the survivors to Alorcan. The abbey on the small colony world had been abandoned for decades and had taken quite a bit of work to get it 6
Take Me Fast in an operational condition. “Have you heard the news about the new lawmen?” She picked at the crumbs near her and shook her head. “No. No one has mentioned anything.” “They are a clone set.” She jerked her head up and Timo was watching her with a small smile on his lips. “I thought that would get your attention.” “Which set?” Her voice trembled. The very idea that there were some of her kind on Alorcan and she hadn’t known was enough to get her excited. Timo shrugged. “I don’t know, but it is said that they can fly.” The stylized eagle over her heart throbbed in a distracting way. Nisa’s control snapped and wind blew through the dining hall. All heads turned toward her in surprise. Blushing, she throttled her talent down and continued picking at the crumbs near her. They could be her set. They might be right here on her world and she wouldn’t be able to contact them or even meet them. It was a torturous thought and one that carried her through her nocturnal activities. **** Wattur, Raz and Prio all paused while eating their 7
Zenina Masters evening meal in the city of Dekkee. Wattur looked to his set and raised a brow. “Did you feel that?” Raz nodded. “I did.” Prio nodded as well and rubbed at his marking. They all wore the same mark that denoted two things. One, they were all of the Horcross genetic line and the second was that they were matched shapeshifters. Their fourth was a woman, but they had no idea where she was or if she was even still alive. Prio smiled. “I think this has just answered our biggest question. She is here, gentlemen. We only need to find her.”

Chapter Two espite her best efforts, Nisa could not think of a reason that she needed to go into the city in the valley below. She tried not to think about the other clones on the surface, but it bled through every moment of every day. Throwing herself into her work coordinating weddings at the abbey was her sole distraction, but even then, she found herself staring out the windows and watching for signs of the bird shifters. Now and again, she would see the huge raptors flying across the city, but they never veered north toward the abbey, so she was stuck staring at them from afar. “Lady Nisa, Lady Nisa, are you listening?” The mayor’s daughter was smiling at her and waving her hand across Nisa’s line of sight. “I am sorry, Beela. You were mentioning using the gardens, but you would have a city florist bring the floral displays up for decoration?”

Zenina Masters Beela smiled. “Yes. And the Brothers will supply the canapés?” “And you will have the main courses brought up from the city and we will allow you access to the kitchens.” She checked off the details on her clipboard and smiled brightly. “Father Wercos will officiate?” “He will and in case of emergency, either myself or one of the Brothers can stand by.” Beela’s eyes lit. “Could you do it?” Nisa blinked. “What?” “It would be wonderful if you could do the ceremony. To have a woman officiate would be amazing and certainly make a change from the old men normally running the event.” Nisa inclined her head. “I will ask Father Wercos if he will allow me the honour of performing your ceremony. Will you allow me a moment before we proceed?” Beela was almost jumping with excitement. “Take what time you need. I will go for a walk in the gardens.” The gardens of the abbey were a little more than the simple food-generating plots of Earth. Amazing and colourful blossoming herbs and flowers with medicinal properties lined the pathways and formed natural walks. Nisa bowed slightly and entered the cool walls of the abbey. She walked past the Brothers at their 10
Take Me Fast work and knocked on the Father’s door. “Come in.” Nisa entered and bowed slightly. “Father Wercos, I have a query from the bride whose nuptials are this weekend.” “Yes, Lady Nisa?” His formal address was standard. Only Timo called her simply by her name. “Miss Beela has asked that she choose another person to perform the ceremony.” Father Wercos had a smile on his lips. “Who did she choose?” “Um, she wanted me to perform the wedding. I do have the credentials with the Alorcan government.” Nisa felt a blush burn in her cheeks. “By all means, you are welcome to wed the couple. I am glad you are taking an interest, Lady Nisa. It has been too long since you involved yourself with people your own age.” He really was sincere. The smile lines around his eyes fanned out in an expression she rarely saw. Happiness. “Thank you, Father. I will inform the bride and prepare my formal robes for the ceremony.” “Excellent. I look forward to seeing you in action, Lady Nisa.” He waved his hand lightly and she left his office. With a bounce in her step, she re-joined Beela in the gardens. “Miss Beela, you may have me as a 11
Zenina Masters wedding official if you wish.” The woman smiled and lunged forward for a hug. “Oh, thank you, Lady Nisa. It is such an honour to have you there for my special day.” “I don’t know if it is an honour, but I will be happy to do it.” “Of course it is an honour. A woman of your genetic background and power joining me and Seelil in matrimony, it is a dream come true.” Nisa blinked and her avian eyes must have shown her surprise. The dark brown of her eyes almost blended with the black of her bird-like iris. Her reddish brown hair was the only bright spot to her appearance. “I am not sure that I understand the background you are referring to.” “You are one of the blenders, the designed clones who were brought into the worlds to prove that a variety of races could work together to a common goal.” Beela cocked her head. “Don’t you know all this?” Nisa smiled and stroked the petals on a flower near Beela. “I am aware of it, I am just surprised that you are.” Beela blushed. “My father is the mayor. We have all your records at home. I peeked at his documents regarding the abbey before I agreed to consider it as a venue.” Nisa sighed and lifted the flower to her face. It 12
Take Me Fast was bright, fragrant and it gave her the calm she needed to smile at the bride-to-be. “Well done. Few brides bother to go into my background before having their weddings here.” “Well, the moment that I heard that the weather never ruins a wedding here, I did my research.” Nisa sighed. “Well, everything is in order, your payment has been processed and I look forward to seeing you on your big day.” Beela giggled and hugged her again. Nisa returned the embrace and sighed with relief as the mayor’s daughter left the abbey for the final time before her wedding. Nisa headed back to the abbey with her clipboard and wondered just what the hell was going on when a pampered child could find her and her own mates couldn’t. Straightening her pale formal robes, Nisa gathered her scroll and set a wreath of flowers on her head. It was a gift from the bride and she had to wear it. When she exited her chambers, Brother Timo was waiting for her and he escorted her to the bridal tent that was erected on one side of the gardens. He left to speak to the groom while she had her last-minute visitation with the bride. The bridesmaids were giggling, but they sobered when she walked in. 13
Zenina Masters “How are we doing here, ladies?” The women stared. They looked from her eyes to the cleavage bared by the robes and back up again. Nisa knew that her mark was visible. She never hid it at formal events. It was best for the single males who were seeking partners to know that they had no chance with her. Beela was admiring the fit of her gown in the mirror and she turned to look at Nisa with a happy cry. “You look amazing, Lady Nisa.” “And you are a vision, Miss Beela.” Nisa inclined her head. “Are you looking forward to the ceremony?” “I am. I can hardly wait to be Lady Beela Seelil Rickk.” She swished from side to side in her gown. “Good. How are your maids today? They seem a little out of sorts.” Nisa fought her grin. “They were not expecting your formal gown to expose so much of you. I don’t think they believed that you were really one of the clone set.” Nisa chuckled and eyed the five women with a raised brow. “These are standard formal robes for a woman of the Harmonic abbey. Not all in the abbey are aging men.” The maids shuffled in their brilliantly coloured gowns. A blonde finally asked, “Are you really a blender?” Nisa licked her lips and took in a deep breath, 14
Take Me Fast trying to keep the oxygen in the tent steady while she fought her upset. “I do not enjoy the term. It derides the amount of care that was used to assemble my genetic code. It insults the memory of those who chose to bring me into the world and who tried to protect me as I grew.” The woman paled and stepped back. “I am sorry.” “But yes, I am one of a clone set.” One of the brunettes giggled, “Do you really have to take all your men together at one time?” Nisa blushed. Everyone was waiting for the answer. “Not at the same time, but within a certain span of minutes, yes, if we want to have children. They can’t produce without me and I can’t produce without at least two of them.” The young women elbowed each other and widened their eyes speculatively. Nisa nodded to Beela. “If you are still willing, we will begin in five minutes.” The bride stood and positively sparkled with anticipation. “He may be only one man, but he is the one that I want. I am ready and willing.” Nisa grinned and left the bride’s tent. She crossed to the groom’s tent and Brother Timo stopped her before she got inside. “He is willing. Go tell the musicians to start.” Shrugging at the odd behaviour, she walked past the staring guests to the orchestra and 15
Zenina Masters gestured for them to begin the musical cues. Nisa took her position in front of the balance fountain and waited for the groom and his attendants to arrive. The first two men who strode up the aisle gave her surprised looks that turned into leers, but the next three locked her in a state of shock. Three men, all different except for two things, a black raptor on their chest, visible through their white shirts, and avian eyes came toward her, each one wearing surprise a moment before a possessive grin took over their features. Nisa was meeting her destiny and she couldn’t even speak.

Take Me Fast
Chapter Three he groom took his position on one side of the flame and water fountain and the groomsmen turned as one to watch the young women in bright dresses make their way up the aisle. Nisa felt three pairs of eyes on her at random intervals, but she kept her composure and did her duty. The ceremony itself passed in a blur. Water was poured over the fire and it flickered but did not go out. Beela said her vows, Seelil said his and Nisa prompted them for all chants and convictions. The moment that the triumphant couple ran down the aisle, through the floral archways, Nisa breathed a sigh of relief. Each groomsman offered his arm to a bridesmaid and as a large unit they followed the couple through the floral pathway. Nisa gave the instructions to the guests and she was free to take the parchment and copies, giving one to the head of each family and storing one in

Zenina Masters the abbey archives. It was tempting to hide within the walls that she had come to know so well. Steeling her nerve, she joined the party, speaking with the mayor and his wife, accepting compliments on the execution of the ceremony. It took a while for the recording vids of the wedding party to be completed, but the moment that they reappeared, she only had eyes for her set. They were taller than she thought they would be, broader too. The young women were looking at them as if they were made of sweets and Nisa couldn’t blame them. The clones were deadly, graceful warriors in a sea of politicians and bureaucrats. They stood out. Nisa made her way to the seat that was reserved for her and smiled at those she was seated with. Her men had to sit at the head table and they watched her through all six courses. “Lady Nisa, the groomsmen are staring at you.” Father Wercos smiled as he finished the last of his dessert. “I am aware of it, Father.” “I wonder why that would be?” “Because they are mine and I am theirs.” She said it simply and the two couples at the table that had no ties to the abbey gasped in shock. The Brothers and Father Wercos smiled in relief. 18
Take Me Fast Brother Timo grinned. “We are glad that you have finally seen one another. We were getting worried that there was no way you would meet.” She blushed. “So, you have been plotting and scheming?” “More like we embraced the opportunity when it presented itself. We were getting worried that you would continue to mope around the abbey and eventually be the last one there with no one to care for. We won’t live forever, you know. We need you to be safe and stable.” She looked toward the head table where heat was building in the eyes of her three. “I don’t think that safe or stable is going to apply here, Brother.” He grinned. “Even better. Stable isn’t your style, Nisa. You need to get a little wild and seek out new experiences now and then.” Father Wercos leaned forward, “As long as your experiences are officially sanctioned and blessed by the creator. That will come first and then you can get wild.” She snickered. “That may take some doing. They are looking at me with intent, so if you can slow them down, be my guest.” Just as he was about to rebut her statement, the wedding party took the dance floor. The formal dances of Alorcan were lovely to watch, but Nisa’s gaze was drawn to her three 19
Zenina Masters men again and again. They stepped, turned, clapped and stepped again to the beat of the music. Out of all the dancers on the floor, they alone embodied power and seduction to her eyes. When the floor was opened to all dancers, her men paused and spoke to each other quietly. Father Wercos got to his feet and strode over with all the authority that he could muster. She leaned over and asked Brother Timo, “What do you think they are talking about?” Timo laughed. “Based on Father Wercos’s face, I would guess that they are getting a lecture on how to treat a lady and what kind of courtship will be required.” She groaned and hid her face in her hands. A light tap on her shoulder brought her out of her embarrassment. Father Wercos was looking very proud of himself. “Your set would like to ask you to dance.” A frisson of panic ran through her. “I can’t dance.” One of her men smiled. “I will teach you.” The two others scowled. “We will teach you.” The wedding guests were staring toward their small gathering and she got to her feet before any more people started paying attention. The male who had spoken first smiled. “I am 20
Take Me Fast Raz, this is Watt and Prio.” “Nisa.” She curtsied and blushed again. They smiled and bowed to her. Raz took her hand and led her to the edge of the dancers, quietly explaining the steps as they started to move, twist and clap with the rest of the wedding guests. Nisa watched Raz’s body for indication of what she needed to do next. The dancing was coming easier to her as she used his body language to control her motions. As they linked hands and walked in circles, he asked, “So, Nisa, how long have you been on Alorcan?” She smiled as they turned direction. “Over a decade. I don’t remember the exact date. Things were a little hectic when we first arrived.” They broke apart and instead of re-joining with Raz, Prio was there to take her hand and lead her forward during the dance. “You look lovely this evening, Nisa, and the event is perfect. I am sure that Beela will remember it all the days of her life.” Nisa smiled and looked around, “Do you think that Seelil will remember it fondly as well?” They stepped forward and he wrapped one arm around her while taking her other hand and moving her through a crowd. They passed the couple and she saw the look in the groom’s eyes as 21
Zenina Masters he danced with his bride. Prio murmured, “Seelil will remember Beela’s joy and that is more than enough for him.” They parted and instead of Prio, she was met with Watt when she returned. A few of the other dancers were snickering, but no one really seemed to mind the rotation. Watt was quiet as they stepped apart and back together. Her lips twitched as the music wound down and the couples came to a polite halt. “What did Father Wercos say to you?” Watt looked down at her, his eagle’s eyes gleaming with amusement. “He informed us that before we take you as our mate, we have to go through the stages of courtship. This is stage two.” He placed a hand in the small of her back and escorted her back to her table. The miniscule contact sent a tremor through her. All her life she had been wondering what it would feel like to be close to her three and now she knew. It was a feeling that she never wanted to lose. Her heart soared knowing that they were nearby and that she had the start that she always wanted. As Watt kissed her hand and bowed, a light beeping caught her attention. Prio and Raz were at his side in an instant and they kissed her hand lightly in turn before excusing themselves. Fabric from their shirts fluttered to the ground as they shifted into nine-foot tall eagles and the 22
Take Me Fast crowd murmured in surprise as the lawmen disappeared into the sky. The abbey was fairly high up, the gardens on the plateau, so they easily watched the lawmen glide toward the ground and their call. Father Wercos smiled at her. “Do you feel anything for the lawmen?” She tried to answer the question under the question. “You all have told me about the call to the priesthood, how you felt that the universe was calling you to a life of contemplation and service.” Timo nodded. “That is how it was for many of us.” “This is the same kind of call. I know that I am meant for them and they are meant for me. It is a surety in my very bones.” She twisted her lips and knotted her fingers on the table. “What is wrong, Nisa?” She sighed and looked at the Brothers seated with her one by one. “I know that we are meant to be together, but I have no idea how to go about it.” To her shock, Father Wercos turned bright red. “Ah, yes. That. I spoke to them on that matter and they agreed to allow you a delicate entrance into your physical relationship.” She chuckled at his embarrassment. “I am sure that I can figure that part out. I am fussing over details. Where will we live? After all these years, I 23
Zenina Masters am not sure that I can live in the city.” The priests sat back and they all had a stunned look on their faces. Father Wercos furrowed his brow. “I had not thought of that.” Nisa leaned forward and rested her forehead on her hands. “Suddenly, it is all I can think about.”

Take Me Fast
Chapter Four here was always something rather lonely after a wedding at the abbey that caused a bittersweet feeling in Nisa’s gut. The joy was over. The laughter was absorbed into the living things in the garden. Video had been taken, music had poured through the spaces and down the mountainside. Nisa walked to the edge of the garden and stood on the wall. Standing alone in the darkness, her robes flowing around her, she called the wind. It was only safe to fly on moonless nights, so she took every opportunity to rise in the sky and let the wind carry her to a place where her mind could simply be free. Controlling the wind had only just begun when her parents were killed. She had developed it as needed during her life with the priests, but sometimes a girl just had to get away for a while.
T
25
Zenina Masters The first time she had flown, she had been alone, distraught and angry at the lack of exposure to people her own age. The priests had acknowledged what she was and taken steps to keep her safe. It was the third time in her life that someone had stood between her and danger, but as she transitioned from girl to woman, the need for people her age had been desperate. Her flight had been spontaneous as she ran to the edge of the gardens. The wind had come to her and bolstered her feet, making her rise in the air as she sprinted over the herb garden. She had shrieked in panic and had dropped to the ground, breaking her right arm. Brother Livvo had set her arm and they had taken turns caring for her around the clock. Despite her temper tantrum, Father Wercos had simply sat at her side and explained a few facts she wasn’t aware of. The Harmonic order was set up to worship life, naturally occurring life. To the rest of their order across the stars, Nisa Zask was an abomination that needed to be destroyed. When she had saved them on Mocoorow, she had proved to them that the clone sets were not made of evil intent. They did not harbour the worst of the races that spawned them. The power that she wielded was also an indicator that the gods of the planets were smiling on her. To be able to command the wind was not something to be 26
Take Me Fast taken lightly. They had spoken in depth about her role in the abbey and her studies. She had to apply herself to be the best and brightest. Nisa was to become a beacon of the possibilities of technology and she would be the best clone that she could be. Over the years, she had heard whispers about the clones. Their savagery in battle, their peculiar talents, the shifters, the psychics and the energy wielders were stuff of legend. Little was known about the women. In fact, most people who gossiped about the blenders had no idea that there were ever matches made for those very powerful males. Nisa was under orders not to tell them, but when Beela had asked her to officiate, the time was perfect to let her formal robes declare her species to see who noticed. Now that the wedding was over and the cleanup was scheduled for the morning, Nisa had some time to herself. She flew up and over the abbey, touching the tip of her slipper to the high tower. The wind yanked at the shingles, so she moved beyond the abbey walls and ran up the rock face on the far side. As the blasts of air moved her along, she could have sworn that she heard the screech of a bird. Nisa turned slowly in place, looking into the darkness around her. There was no one, but as she stared at the city far below, she saw flickering 27
Zenina Masters silhouettes in the darkness. A blast of air that was not being controlled by her mind washed over her as dark wings passed above her. There was one thing that she was suddenly certain of, she was no longer alone. Nisa gently settled herself on a wide, grassy outcropping and was unsurprised to hear the huge wing beats get closer until she was facing three huge birds that rapidly shifted into males. “Nisa, we are glad to see you awake.” Watt smiled down at her and he reached out to caress the mark that matched the ones on their chests. She couldn’t take offense. It was as if he touched her for comfort. The effect of his hand on her marking was similar to the one that she felt when she caressed herself in the darkness. “What the hell were you doing three hundred feet up?” Prio was scowling at her. She blinked in surprise. She could see them fairly clearly as a side effect of her freakish eyes, but his face was still in shadows. “I was flying. What were you doing? Because if you think you were masturbating, I am fairly sure you were doing it wrong.” Raz put his hand on Prio’s arm. “What Prio meant to say is that your skills with manipulating wind are fairly impressive. To what extent can you move objects?” She smiled shyly. “The largest object I can move 28
Take Me Fast is myself. I surround my body with a capsule, move the wind from the ambient surface heat and try not to let any stray breezes affect the local environmental systems.” Raz looked around them and nodded. “May we take you back to the abbey? This is not a safe environment to be wandering around on.” She blinked. “I am not sure that I will like hanging from someone’s claws.” Watt chuckled. “You can simply hang onto our backs between our wings. When we shift, just take hold of one of us and we will get you safely home.” Before she could comment, they shifted back to giant birds and turned their backs to her. She stepped to Raz and wrapped her arms around his neck, holding tight as he hopped to the edge of the cliff before falling and extending his wings. Flying this way took her breath away. It was so much faster than her leisurely stride through the sky, drifting like a soap bubble. In under a minute, they were back in the gardens surrounding the abbey and Nisa was sliding back to be on her own two feet. Raz shifted back into a normal form and took her hand. “Thank you for trusting me.” “If I can’t trust my own males, who can I trust?” Watt and Prio walked from table to table, collecting every candle as they went. They 29
Zenina Masters returned and set the candles on the centre of one table, lighting them all to provide a splash of illumination in the garden. Raz led her to the table and held out her chair. “We missed out on getting to know you earlier when we had to attend to a matter in the city, but now we are here and we hope that you will help us to learn a little more about you.” She looked at the three men and their attentive expressions. “What do you want to know?” Watt leaned back. “Tell us how you came to be living with an exiled band of Harmonic priests.” She smiled sadly. “To tell you how I got here, we will have to begin with the Zasks. They were good parents and very protective of me. My eyes were a little too obvious to have me in a standard school on Mocoorow, so my mother homeschooled me. It was what kept me from being killed when the first of the wilderness riots began.” They listened raptly as she explained the protests, the killing of students and the panic for food as all imports to the planet were shut down. The wilderness protestors wanted complete anarchy, a destruction of the cities and a return to the pioneer days that their ancestors had enjoyed. Their movement caused the murder of over nine million citizens when the anarchy they craved broke out and infrastructure dissolved. 30
Take Me Fast Disease cascaded wildly and with the loss of the medical centres, there was nothing to hold it in check. Nisa and the priests had escaped in the early days. Later reports stated that the planet would not be inhabitable again for two hundred years. “And so, after years of designing the gardens with Brother Yenvik, I knew it was time to offer the views to the folk in the cities for their mating traditions. It has created a supportive sideline for the abbey.” She leaned her head on her fist and yawned. “We are keeping you awake.” Prio smiled. She chuckled. “You have no idea. The moment that I saw you, my hormones surged into full alert. I don’t think that I will be able to sleep for quite some time.” Raz groaned. “Telling us that is torture. You know that, don’t you?” She smiled. “I do. Now, tell me where you have been.”

Chapter Five attur looked to his set and shifted uncomfortably. “We have travelled the stars before landing our assignment here.” She was staring at him with those huge dark brown eyes so similar to his. Watt felt the heavy throb of his cock but remembered what the priest had told him. No intimate contact without courtship. Nisa had lived almost all of her life outside the lab with these priests and they had cared for her and sheltered her from the harsh realities of being a clone in civilized society. While all of the planets had agreed to give the clones a parcel of land when they found their mate, few, if any, had actually thought that it was a possibility. Just seeing Nisa had him warring with the urge to snatch her up and fly off with her, as well as the

Take Me Fast urge to coddle and protect her. His set would stop the escape, but the trust that he would destroy would be hard to replace. A quick look at Raz and Prio showed him that his first and third were suffering the same conflict. Nisa sighed and the movement drew his gaze to the breasts that bore their mark. “No, I mean what were your duties, where did you operate as a team?” Watt sat back and ran his hand over his shortcropped hair. “We were in hostage retrieval. When no one else could get to a site, they called us and we flew in to the rescue.” Prio nodded and absently rubbed his shoulder. The scar that he stroked was one of many marks that the eagle set wore with pride. “You don’t want to talk about it.” She slumped and her red hair slithered across her eyes. Watt smiled. “It isn’t that we don’t want to talk about it, it is simply that it wasn’t that interesting. Those deeds are in the past and we have suddenly taken an interest in the future.” With his set staring at their mate with hunger in their eyes, he cleared his throat and rapped his knuckles on the table. It was time to keep on top of their self-control. They could have her naked and begging another time. Rules were rules.
33
Zenina Masters **** Nisa fought a shiver as three pairs of hungry eyes memorized every inch of skin exposed to them. “Speaking of the future, where do you intend that we live after we officially join?” Her voice was far huskier than she intended. The thought of having all three of them in her arms sent a surge of heat between her thighs. A flickering of images ran through her mind and with each positioning more salacious than the last, she bit her lip and sighed. She blurted her question out before she could stop herself. “How long do we have to wait?” She surprised them, that much was certain as Raz hiked a brow, Prio grinned and Watt chuckled. Watt took her left hand in his and slowly stroked her palm with his thumb. “Father Wercos got us to agree to a five-step courtship.” Her words came out in a whisper. “Five steps?” Prio smiled and took her other hand, treating her to the same slow stroke as Watt. Raz’s eyes glowed as he informed her. “Step one was the introduction, step two was the dancing.” She shivered and clenched her thighs tightly together. She could feel the slickness as she shifted from side to side. “What was step three?” 34
Take Me Fast “Conversation in a casual setting.” Raz looked around them and raised his hands to highlight the remains of the wedding around them. “Looks pretty casual to me.” She giggled as Prio’s thumb hit a spot that sent a surge of sensation to her breasts. She fought another squirm. “What is step four?” Prio’s voice was low. “The proposal, as is standard in engagements on this world.” Her voice rose to a squeak. “And step five?” “The formal registering of our union with the governments and a wedding night is the final step.” Watt’s slow massage moved up her arm and she flinched as he found a spot on the interior of her wrist that was connected to a zone inside her. A soft moan came from her lips and all three men focussed on her with intensity. Watt’s eyes grew heavy lidded, Prio licked his lips and Raz leaned forward to watch her. She was the prey and they the predators as a silent communication went through them. Prio found the matching spot on her other wrist and he and Watt worked her pressure point until she was panting and a light sheen of sweat formed on her brow. “This is what you consider to be casual conversation?” She clenched her teeth as she squirmed in their grips, their eyes glittered in the 35
Zenina Masters light of the candles and she focussed on them until it was all she could see. They didn’t answer her, merely kept watching her. When the spiralling heat snapped inside her, they supported her while she shivered and moaned. Her body slowly relaxed and Watt and Prio ceased to rub on her wrists but kept her hands prisoner in theirs. She had a blush covering all visible skin. “I didn’t realize that that was possible.” Raz blinked slowly as if his mind was returning from a million miles away. “We did not either. It is something that we will remember for our joining ceremony.” A voice caused them all to jump. “When were you thinking of having that ceremony? I would like to get some sleep in the interim.” Brother Timo was standing with his arms crossed over his chest, the rest of the priests on clean-up duty were standing behind him watching her and her suitors with amusement. Raz shook his head to clear it and stood, giving a small signal to Watt and Prio who released her hands to turn her so that they could surround her. They knelt at her feet and each extended their left hand to her. As one they spoke, “Nisa Zask, will you marry us?” She looked into eyes the shades of gold and brown, dragging in a deep breath. “I will.” 36
Take Me Fast Brother Timo came over and took Nisa into his arms. “Congratulations, now go to sleep. When you wake, Father Wercos will have discussed all pertinent matters with them.” Blinking in surprise, she walked toward the abbey, the priests stopping her to hug her as she moved in a dazed state back to her home. She cast the occasional glance over her shoulder, but her men were deep in conversation with Brother Timo, dwarfing him. Her bed was as neat as it had been twenty-four hours earlier, and to her shock, she was still wearing the wreath of flowers. Nisa stripped off her gowns, hung them neatly on the wall and slipped into bed with the wreath on the pillow beside her. If she woke up and the last day had been nothing but a dream, she would still be satisfied. It had been one helluva dream.

Chapter Six isa rubbed her eyes and yawned as she sat up, jerking in surprise as she took in Brother Timo, Father Wercos and Brother Geelar waiting for her. “Good afternoon, Nisa. Brother Geelar will take your measurements for your wedding gown. Brother Timo is your official chaperone and as soon as you are dressed, you and I will have a prewedding counselling session.” Father Wercos was smiling. She held her sheets to her jaw line as they exited, blinking owlishly. When she was sure that they were out, she ran into the bathroom and attended to nature while her mind spun. When she had her daily robes back in place and her hair braided tightly down her back, she emerged from her rooms to be tucked under Brother Timo’s arm and escorted to Father

Take Me Fast Wercos’s office. A light lunch was waiting for her and Father Wercos poured tea for her just as he would any bride in for counselling. “Have a seat, Nisa.” She took the seat next to him in the cozy seating area and numbly took the cup of tea that he handed to her. He immediately got right to the heart of the matter. “Nisa, you know that I have counselled brides in the past and have made sure that they were ready to commit to the male they had chosen.” “Yes.” “Your situation is drastically different from those women. For one, you have not had other suitors in your life and for another, you are not wedding one, but three.” He shook his head. “It is the way I was designed, Father.” She sipped at her tea. Father Wercos reached out and placed his hand on her shoulder. “And you give me proof that there is indeed a creator out there. I know that we are supposed to take it on faith, but faith needs to be bolstered now and then. You have done that for us, Daughter.” She placed her hand on his and smiled at his beloved and weathered face. “And you have given me back my belief in those naturally born. I thought that my parents were the only ones who 39
Zenina Masters could care for me and I am relieved to know I was mistaken.” Father Wercos squeezed her hand and then wiped at a few tears that had tracked down his cheeks. “Now, are you aware of the requirements of the marriage bed?” She almost spit out the sandwich she had just taken a bite of. “I am, are you?” He gave her a dark look. “Very funny. Your situation is different from normal brides in that you are the single female in a group of males. You have to take care to make sure that your needs are seen to, though from what Brother Timo said, that does not seem to be an issue.” She blushed. “He told you about that?” “Of course and if he hadn’t, one of the other Brothers would have. Speaking of which, we have a gift for you.” He smiled, got to his feet and returned with a scroll signed by all of the brothers and the Prefect of Alorcan. “What?” She read the document above the signatures and blinked. “You are giving me the abbey?” “We are. As you are aware, when we landed here, we were given title to the abbey but cut off from the father house.” “And I know it is my fault.” He sighed, “It is not your fault that the creator made you the woman that you are. Your soul 40
Take Me Fast speaks more clearly than the method of your birth. We chose to care for you, just as you chose to help us survive in the riots. The father house chose to cut us off because we changed our ideals, but the Harmonic priesthood is more than affiliation to one house, we are loyal to the balance in all things and you, my Daughter, have more than enough personality to balance those three lawmen.” Her heart swelled. “Thank you. So, when you have all passed, the abbey passes to me?” He grinned and rubbed the back of his neck. “We still need you around here to keep us moving in the correct direction, so we have invited your men to move in here, in the north wing. The Brothers are making a set of chambers ready for you and you will have the entire wing and tower to yourselves. They can dispatch from here just as well as from the city.” She blinked. “You were really busy while I was napping.” “I want to give you away and keep you at the same time. It is conflicting, but I believe that your men understand.” She snorted. “They would do anything you asked simply to get in my…robes.” Nisa quickly diverted her term at the last minute, earning a grin from the Father. “I am depending on it. Now, tell me what you know about mating with your set.” 41
Zenina Masters She blushed but she straightened, she used a sandwich to cover her discomfort. “To have any chance of pregnancy, I have to have sex with the first and second of my set within a short span of time. The third is a backup in case one of the set did not survive their initial assignments.” She swallowed the lump in her throat at the thought of one of her men not surviving. “We share pleasure and we share my bed and they have their jobs and I will have mine.” Nisa tried to end on a cheerful note, but she was distracted. The window shook slightly and Nisa got to her feet. She opened the window and listened to the wind. “We are going to have to reschedule this meeting. There is a storm coming and it is a bad one. Send a message to the city and get everyone to their shelters. Six hours from now, we are going to be in a scourge.” This was the fifth scourge that she had seen. It was stronger than any that had gone before and while they were safe in the abbey, the city was right in the wind path. “Can you redirect it?” She looked over her shoulder at Father Wercos. “I can protect the abbey, but the city is beyond my reach. It has expanded too far into the valley. I can’t protect that much space without help and 42
Take Me Fast there is no other wind controller that I know of on this world.” He breathed in and exhaled slowly. “What if you went into the city and protected it from the streets? Would that work?” She smiled and shook her head. “I can control it here, because I catch the wind as it tumbles over the mountains. They are exposed. There is no way to hide from the weather, no stone at my back to protect them. I can’t brace against the wind, because there is nothing to support me.” Father Wercos nodded. “I will alert the mayor immediately.” “I will take my place on the tower and extend my reach as far as I can. If those on the north side of the city can make their way here, I can protect them.” He nodded and she swept past a surprised Brother Timo, lounging in the hall. “Where are you going, Nisa?” “There is a scourge coming, tell the Brothers to prepare. I am going to the tower and keeping track of progress.” She ran up the steps, taking them two at a time and she burst out onto the vantage point that she used to keep the abbey protected. The wind was already tugging at her skirts as she walked toward the edge. Her vision allowed her to see clearly at the furthest reaches of the 43
Zenina Masters valley. Her eagles launched from the city, their wings labouring to achieve flight. She cheated and boosted their ascension with a gust of wind that carried them up to a good flight height. She watched as they broke into three different directions and worked at evacuating the outer farms. Nisa was surprised that the mayor had listened to her warning, but then, the last two scourges had killed over four hundred settlers and city dwellers. Each time one of her men needed help getting back into the sky, she obliged, not needing a physical connection to help someone within her line of sight. When the dark clouds slowly began to swirl through the valley, she stood firm and let the energy of the storm keep her on her feet. As the storm touched the area where Raz was flying, he tumbled wildly. Nisa reached under him and surrounded him in a calm bubble of air that still allowed his wings purchase. She gathered in Prio and Watt the same way, shepherding them toward the city and she was completely shocked when they turned to approach the abbey. They didn’t move to land in the entryway but swung toward her on the tower. They landed in the small space and shifted into their other forms 44
Take Me Fast the moment they touched down. “What are you doing, Nisa? Get to shelter.” Prio was scowling at her, the wind tugged futilely at his short hair. Watt nodded. “It isn’t safe up here.” She held up her hands. “This is my job, my thing that I can do for the abbey and surrounding area. I will keep us from the scourge and we will weather this out.” Raz looked at her. “This has happened before?” “Every two or three years. The last one was particularly vicious. There were many lives lost.” She turned to watch the approaching storm, noting the trees it uprooted and the livestock that could be seen running for cover. To her shock, there was a column of people riding skimmers and other transports up to the abbey. “What are they doing?” Raz smiled and put his arm around her waist. “Father Wercos announced that anyone who wanted to guarantee their survival was welcome at the abbey.” She sighed. “No pressure.” “We are with you all the way, Nisa. Tell us what you need and we are here for you.” She took a deep breath and focussed on the storm. “Just hold on to me. This is going to get messy.” Three pairs of hands gripped her tight and she 45
Zenina Masters let them support her body while she used her mind to rip the scourge apart.

Chapter Seven rother Timo was sitting in her room reading a book when she woke. “What happened, Timo? I was on the tower and then I am here.” “Ah, Lady Nisa, you tore the storm to pieces and then you collapsed. Come on, take a shower and get dressed. You are going to be late for your wedding.” “I am…What?” She blinked rapidly. “You have been asleep for two days. Brother Geelar measured you in your sleep and some seamstresses from the city chipped in to get your gown ready. There is a crowd of well-wishers who are waiting to see you wed to your men. Get out of bed and get to your wedding, Nisa.” His grin was intense. She sat up, wrapped herself in her sheet and kick-waddled her way to her bathroom.

Zenina Masters Nisa took a quick shower, towelling her hair dry, brushing it and towelling it again. She didn’t have any makeup, which was probably a good thing. She didn’t know if it was nerves or lack of food, but her hands were shaking. Staring at herself in the mirror, she noted her pale complexion, pale lips and huge eyes. Her hair was a wavy, red halo that cascaded over her shoulders and down her back. It was as pretty as she was going to get it, so she had better get the wedding over with, there might be a snack afterward and she could really use something. A knock brought her out of her staring contest with herself. “Come along, Nisa. I have sandwiches.” That was a taunt she couldn’t ignore. She tucked her towel in around herself and left the safety of the bathroom. Brother Timo was next to a woman with a stern eye and a gracious smile. “Lady Nisa? I am Ronique Marvin. I am here with your gown and I hear that there are three grooms waiting for you. You had best get going before they come and get you.” The woman had a garment bag over one arm and she shoved Brother Timo out the door before rounding on Nisa. Nisa had never been to a fitting before and she was stuffed, pinned and sewn into the gown in a matter of minutes. The silk was pleated extensively but plunged between her breasts to 48
Take Me Fast display her mark. It snugged in at the waist and then flared out into soft folds that caressed the floor. “Lady Nisa, do you have shoes?” Nisa blinked. “No. I don’t need them. My feet rarely touch the floor.” It was a peculiarity of her talent, but a cushion of air always remained under her. The Brothers had been freaked out at first, but they had adapted when they realized that she wouldn’t interrupt their contemplations. She made no noise when she walked and few even noticed that her feet didn’t touch the ground. Ronique paused but kept going. “Then can you rise about an inch and a half off the ground so that the dress barely grazes it.” Nisa looked down and did as requested. “Perfect. Now, if you would come with me, the hairdresser is waiting down the hall.” The rest of the preparation flew by in a blur, her hair ended up twisted into a regal arrangement with the majority of it cascading in curls down her spine. Her nails were polished and glossed and she felt feminine for the only time in her life. When she was ready, Brother Timo stared at her for a moment before offering his arm. “Lady Nisa, I would be honoured to escort you to your grooms.” They walked together as music swelled the 49
Zenina Masters moment she passed through the door to the gardens. Nisa almost turned and retreated into the abbey. Six hundred citizens were turned to watch her entry to the gardens. “Keep calm, Nisa. They are here to wish you well.” Brother Timo patted her arm and they walked with the music toward her mates and Father Wercos. Her men were wearing matching embroidered shirts and tight trousers tucked neatly into kneehigh boots. The possessive looks that they were aiming at her gave her a little more confidence. She concentrated on them and ignored the citizens who were smiling at her in encouragement. She joined her men at the fountain of balance and took their hands. It was a strange hand holding—each of her hands had three men in contact with her skin. Father Wercos went through the ceremony and altered it for the particulars of their union. When the time came for them to try to extinguish the flame of love with the water of life, she made sure that the flame was impervious to being snuffed by water. The kiss was confusing. She began with Prio, his lips caressing hers in a slow seductive motion. Wattur spun her into his arms and pressed his mouth to hers in a quick and thorough 50
Take Me Fast consummation of their union. Raz waited for her to come to him and when she did, he leaned her back in his arms and gained the approval of the crowd as he gave her a leisurely kiss while she was cradled against him. When he pulled her upright, she was dizzy and it was from more than just the kisses. The crowd applauded wildly and the priests mingled with the citizens as they moved toward the reception area. Father Wercos smiled at them. “Come with me. We are going to immortalize this moment.” Posing with her men while her head spun was difficult, but she perked up in shock when Prio cupped her ass with his hands as he stood behind her. “Knock it off, Prio.” He laughed. “You agreed to honour me with your body. I am simply honouring you with mine.” He pressed his erection against her buttocks and rocked his hips against her. “Prio, I have not eaten in two days and I was promised food to come out of my bathroom earlier, without any actual snacks being given. I am about to pass out and your frolicking is going to put you on my last-entry list.” Raz and Watt laughed and the next image taken was of three out of four of them laughing and one looking horrified. 51
Zenina Masters They took individual images, each male with Nisa, and finally a series of images with their markings exposed. Nisa was sitting front and centre and the other three surrounded her, their shirts and her gown shifted to allow the flying predator to be visible to all and sundry. When she had her wedding images taken with the Brothers and Father Wercos, she was at the end of her endurance. “Either feed me or let me sleep.” Brother Timo smiled. “Your plates are waiting for you. The food and drink are ready at the head table.” With a laugh and a hug, Nisa grabbed the two men nearest to her and hauled them toward the reception. There may be a night of dancing ahead, but if it started with a meal, Nisa might just make it through.
52
Take Me Fast
Chapter Eight t’s time to leave.” Raz whispered it in her ear. They had eaten, danced, drunk and danced some more. With each passing moment, Nisa had been getting more and more excited and she thought it might have something to do with the hand under the table that was working its way between her thighs. She shivered and nodded. Her mates didn’t need to be told twice, Prio removed his hand from between her thighs and lifted her into his arms. The crowd hooted and applauded as they left the reception and her set strode into the abbey toward the north wing. “Father Wercos told us of his gift and we are very happy with it. With a few technological additions, it will be perfect. It is far easier for us to launch from a height than to gain altitude with our wings.”
“I
53
Zenina Masters She giggled and snuggled against Prio. “I noticed. I helped out as much as I could.” Raz grinned. “We thought that it must be you. That many updrafts were exceedingly unlikely.” Watt tickled one of her feet as they walked along. “Was it tiring?” “Lifting you was easy, pulling the scourge apart was exhausting. I am very glad that I got some rest.” They shared a significant look and climbed the stairs to the upper floor. The abbey used to be full of priests and acolytes, but the Harmonic church had left this building to the weather of Alorcan. Its survival was a testament to the first builders on the world as well as the creator’s wish that the building remain intact. Raz opened a door and Nisa gasped in surprise at the room treatment that had been put in place while she was asleep. The bed was huge. “Do we all share one bed?” She raised her brows in surprise. “Of course. It will make things easier if we get called out on assignment. There is no chance that one of us won’t hear the page.” Prio stood her on her feet and stepped back. Raz stripped off his shirt, exposing his powerful torso. She licked her lips and curled her hands into 54
Take Me Fast fists. Watt removed his shirt and bent to pull off his boots, the ripples of muscle caused a deep tension within her. Prio removed his shirt and they all waited. Catching on, she moved her hands to the wide straps of her gown and moved the pleated silk off to each side, freeing her arms and exposing her mark to her mates. Watt moved forward and caressed the mark, sending a deep throb through her clit. She sighed and reached for him, but Raz moved behind her and pressed against the naked skin of her back. Watt kissed her lips, Raz kissed her neck and she relaxed against them, secure in the knowledge that they would bring her as much or more pleasure than they took from her body. Watt stroked her breasts, cupping them and rubbing her peaked nipples with his thumbs. Her breath came out on a low moan as the sensations mixed with Raz’s mouth on her neck and shoulders. The rough touch of his hands as Raz gently moved her hair out of his path gave her another sensation entirely. A frisson of vulnerability as their hardened palms touched her ratcheted her senses up. Raz tugged at her gown and there was a light rip of fabric and then a cool puddle of silk frothed 55
Zenina Masters around her ankles. Raz cupped her hips and squeezed her buttocks while Wattur moved his hands down her belly and between her thighs. Her sex was slick with honey. He parted the folds and stroked his fingers against her while thumbing her clit in a hard and fast beat, working into her opening and then retreating in a teasing motion. Her orgasm buckled her knees and had her shuddering in their grip. Raz’s fingers on her ass held her up and she fought the hysteric laughter that welled up. Watt lifted her and carried her to the bed, seating her on the edge before working at his trousers. She held up her hand. “Wait. For the first time, I want you all at the same time. I have done some research and I know it can be done.” Raz looked at her with concern. “It can be, but are you sure? It will be taxing for you.” She laughed. “As far as I can tell, I won’t have to do much.” Prio nodded. “I am willing.” She looked at him and grinned, he certainly was. He was naked, aroused and there was a tantalizing pearl of fluid gathered at the end of his cock. She gestured for him to come closer and when he did, she bent to taste him. 56
Take Me Fast Salty-sweet with a flavour that she remembered from their kiss, she licked at the wide head and then wrapped her lips around it, sucking as she went. Nisa was having fun, but hands pulled her away and drew a noise of protest from both her throat and Prio’s. Watt lay back and Raz lifted her until her channel was snugged against Watt’s cock. She rubbed against him lightly but stopped when two fingers were doing some rubbing of their own against her rear entrance. Something slick was pressed into her ass as she backed into the pressure. The two fingers spread the lubricant while spreading her and while she winced, it was a darkly pleasurable sensation. The cock head pressed against her and her body snapped around it, holding it tight until Raz surged into her. Watt thrust upward at the same time and in that one moment, she was stuffed full and her body was rioting in confusion. It couldn’t decide whether the feeling was pleasure or pain and there was no time to decide. Prio knelt to one side of Watt and she took his cock back into her mouth just as the other two started in a piston-like rhythm that kept her body occupied as pleasure spiked, peaked and then started to rise again. 57
Zenina Masters Raz fucked her ass, plunging deep with every thrust, Watt pumped upward, his cock battling for space inside her and Prio threaded his hands in her hair for balance but did not pull it as she sucked and licked until he shouted and jetted cum into her mouth. She licked at her lips, fighting the inevitable rise of her own orgasm until she couldn’t hold it back any longer. Nisa screamed as her body convulsed around her lovers and they didn’t hesitate, each thrust to the hilt and bucked hard against her while they came. Nisa collapsed on Watt’s chest, flinching when Raz withdrew and returned with a warm washcloth that took away the traces of their cum and the lube he had used to get into her ass. Against Watt’s chest, she mumbled. “Okay, you were right, that was exhausting.” He chuckled in her ear. “So, it is off the table?” “I didn’t say that. I just need a nap and we can try something else.” She sighed and rested against him, the delightful sleep of a sexually satisfied virgin took her over. **** “She’s out.” Watt was trying to keep his voice low, but she stirred against him. Raz sat back on his heels and watched their 58
Take Me Fast mate as she slept. “Come on, get her on the pillows and we can take turns cuddling with her.” Prio sat and extended his arms to hold their bride. “I didn’t get to be inside her, so the least you can do is let me hold her.” Raz carefully lifted her away from Watt and Prio tucked her in carefully, snuggling against her. Watt looked to his set. “When will we tell her?” Raz gave him a scowl. “We won’t.” “We have to let her know that she died on that tower. It is important that she know what her talent can do to her.” Prio frowned. “I don’t want her frightened in regards to her talent. She has to remain free to act as her heart dictates.” Watt looked at him in shock. Prio was by far the most conservative of their group and if he was in favour of Nisa risking her life to maintain her selfesteem, he had to be head over heels. Raz shrugged and moved to take a position on the other side of Nisa, his features taking on a blissful expression as he touched her skin. Watt remembered the moments on the tower when she had ceased to breathe. Her air had left her in a rush and she had collapsed to the hard stone. They had administered emergency assistance and with each of them taking turns, they had gotten her to breathe again. It was one helluva first kiss, but it had brought 59
Zenina Masters her back from the edge. Watt sat up and leaned over Prio, stroking Nisa’s hair away from her face. He jerked when she said, “You guys suck at whispering. I stopped breathing, huh? It has happened before.” Her features were still in the angelic arrangement of sleep, but her voice was quite clear. We will have to try speaking in your thoughts then. Wow. I have heard that this works, but I wasn’t sure that doing it that way would activate our connection. Raz spoke. It is a ghost frequency. Our minds resonate together, even if we don’t agree. Prio chuckled and stroked Nisa’s hair. We have agreed on only one thing this week. What was that? Watt growled. You. The moment that we saw you, we knew that you were ours. The fact that Seelil’s fiancée recognized your eyes’ similarity to ours is what drove him to ask us to stand up for him at their wedding. Raz added, We worked with Seelil in matters of customs and import. He became one of our first friends on Alorcan. She smiled and kept her eyes closed. So, I was set up to meet you. Beela will owe me one. Watt stroked her arm. She is an incorrigible romantic. The idea that we could find you across the stars and yet not see you five miles away struck her as 60
Take Me Fast tragic. She had to correct that horrible oversight. Nisa opened her eyes and looked around her. Well, then I suppose I owe her. Life in the abbey has been fun, but until this moment, I never knew what contentment could be. Raz growled and started to press kisses from her ear down her body, Prio did the same on the other side and Watt tasted the pulse of her neck and worked his way over her breasts, learning each taste and texture as he passed. Oh dear. I guess contentment is a hot word. I will have to remember…ohhhh. **** Nisa was lost in a haze of pleasure as they all focused on her and Watt used his tongue between her thighs. There were worse things to have than three attentive men in her bed fixated on her pleasure. She would just have to remember that when she needed some attention, she simply needed to say that she was content. Her first day as a bride and she was learning all ready.

Epilogue aughter burst from her, wild and uncontrolled. Nisa Zask Eagle flew in a swooping pattern while her mates tried to catch her. Watt swung in, his claws extended. She let the wind drop her while spinning him back into a tailspin. It was the move that Raz was waiting for. He was under her and when she dropped, she landed squarely on his back. She locked her arms around him and he flew them back to the abbey. As the winner of the contest, he got to have her to himself. He dropped to the stone and shifted while she was still attached to him. Her thin shift didn’t keep her full breasts from pressing into his back and he reached for her, pulling her around to his front with one hand while he opened his trousers with the other. On top of the abbey, she leaned her head back

Take Me Fast as he pressed into her and he dug his fingers into her hips and he pulled her onto him. She screamed in enjoyment as the hot, thick rod of his cock forged inside and he pounded into her hard and fast until she screamed again. Sighing, she slumped against him. “Well, that was fun.” He chuckled and ran his hand down her back. A short buzzing at his hip got her attention. “Aww come on. We only just started.” “Duty calls, Nisa. I will be with you in the morning, now go and get some rest. I am sure that Brother Timo is tired of babysitting.” He pressed a kiss to her lips that gave her heated images of things to come and he shifted again to attend to his duty. Smiling, she tidied her hair and straightened her shift, walking down the stairs with the trail of semen working its way down her thigh. Nisa stopped in the bathroom before putting on her robe to check on the baby. Brother Timo was napping in the nursery and she slid past him to look at her son. He looked just like his fathers and baby Wercos had come into the world just as his namesake left it. She ran her finger along his reddish downy hair and smiled. Four years after that first wedding, she had brought this little fellow into the world and he was lively, healthy and naturally born. The 63
Zenina Masters citizens were surprised, but the glow of the proud fathers could not be mistaken. They were the fathers of this little one and they were letting everyone know. The abbey had less than a dozen priests left, but the priests now had housekeepers. The city wanted Nisa’s talent for defence and they paid for the privilege. She sighed softly and left the nursery, watching the windows and seeking the wings that she knew so well. She would soon tell her men that Wercos was not going to be an only child, but as soon as she did, they would stop playing catch with her. There was still time enough for the mid-air matings and the chases across the night sky. With no need to hide her talent from the population anymore, the skies were open to her, and Nisa took every opportunity to have her men race her to the skyline. They never made it beyond the valley, but Nisa never passed up an opportunity to have her lovers win her undivided attentions to take her fast in the wilds of Alorcan. As she caught the flash of wings in the distance, she smiled at the promise that came to her along their connection. It was still Raz’s night and he had a little more victory to claim. Maybe Prio would win the competition to make the new baby’s crib. There would always be 64
Take Me Fast another silly competition and her men were only too happy to play.

About the Author Zenina Masters was born in Canada and lives in Canada. She has a regular job and does nothing particularly exciting with her life. She enjoys fishing, silence and the ability to pick and choose friends she can trust. Life is too short to watch your back all the time. Her writing life is a teeny bit of escapism, she would probably chicken out if confronted by three naked men and looks forward to one day finding out.
